Yoga in the Sunflowers

Relax and unwind with yoga in the sunflowers!

When:
Thursday, August 8, at 7:00 p.m.
Friday, August 9, at 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 10, at 8:00 a.m.

Cost:
$17 per person
Cash or Credit Card—Pay at the gate

*Price includes yoga and the full sunflower experience—including cutting a flower to take home.

What to bring:
Your yoga mat, a towel, sunscreen, and water

The Details:

• An experienced practioner will lead each session.

• All skill levels welcome!

• Wear stretchy, comfortable clothing.

• Come early to enter the sunflowers and get your mat situated in the central area.

• If desired, bring any equipment that is part of your regular yoga practice.

• Your mat will be on a grassy area on the ground—bring one that you don’t mind getting dirty OR bring an extra towel to place under it.

• On weekends, the yoga class will have the sunflowers all to themselves before we open to the general public at 9:00 a.m..

• Dogs not allowed in the yoga session.
